Just curious if it's safe to eat daily. (Canned tuna being light tuna in water)
I've been reading a bunch of articles about the mercury content of tuna (fresh tuna having higher levels) but most of the articles I can find have been about how kids and pregnant women shouldn't eat it. I've been eating 2 cans 5 days a week for protein (32.5gm protein per can) for lifting and it has a bunch of essential fats and nutrients that's hard to find in other things.
