So I installed my Soundblaster Live 5.1 drivers/utilities from the CD that came with my card. For some reason no mp3s would play as my system gave me some error that I needed to reinstall my sound drivers. So I went to go uninstall them from add/remove programs, and the installshield gives me an error that states:
"An Event was unable to invoke any Subscribers".
I cannot reinstall/uninstall nor modify the drivers. I've tried deleting entries in my registry to no avail. This is frustrating as hell and isn't the first time I've had major headaches dealing with installing drivers for my Soundblaster Live.
Anyone have any ideas what I can remove it from my computer then try to reinstall them?
