So that links to a Canon T3i, a fine camera a few years ago, but I'm not sure what the point of buying it today would be.
The more up-to-date Canon SL1 is selling at the exact same price, or if you want the articulated LCD the T5i is an extra $100.
Both have a much better liveview AF system, come with the update 18-55mm STM which has quieter internal focusing when used with video, a new ISP supporting more burst shots and better high ISO performance (though still behind Sony/Nikon.)
Unless you're getting a much better price than the amazon listing you linked, I wouldn't consider it.
