I hope i will never see anything form Buydig.com. Here is my recent experience with them which will be on one of price comparison site reviews.

As an experienced online shopper, I had my worst nightmare with Buydig.com. Their Customer Service phone was unreachable. VERY RUDE AND DECEITFUL! I cancelled my order, and will NEVER buy from them ever again! Read their TOS before even clicking. Buybig.com takes no responsibility about what they sell and ship. Whenever you have defective product, you are the one who will have keep it. When you buy from them, you'll be at their mercy. They will treat you as you are begging to buy from them. You NEVER want to do that!

Reselleratings.com gives them a " 8.89 ' which is very good .
maybe they cleaned up their act lately ?

My nightmare with them started on 19MAY2005.
Reselleratings.com's rating itself is questionable. I was fooled by review site like theirs.
Bottom line, Buydig.com has bouch of arrogant and dishonest crooks. I wonder why they are in the retail business, if they want to be that arrogant?!?!?!?!

I have bought from them many times over the years. Never had one problem. Great prices and shipped fast. Their return policy is very limited as is their service in general, but you definitely should have read these policies whenever you order from an online discounter. What you save in $$$, you lose in service.

Bought form them 2 months ago. 2 days later, a rebate came out and I called them up.

Got to talk to someone in about 2 minutes, then was transferred to another person who then sent me a new invoice showing a new purchase date so I could get the rebate.

Good CS in my opinion.

What you save in $$$, you lose in service.

That is pretty bad notion to me, as I dont want to end by having unreturnable defective and USED $1500 Nikon camera or $2500 Panasonic Plasma, just in exchange for less few bucks. You want to do that to yourself?

If you read reviews at some of the major price comparisos, you'll find there is a pattern of complaints about Buydig.com's service That is Buydig.com has either no or customer service with poor trained people.

Dell was selling this exact kit for $589 last week. And now they are selling it for $612.

Dell itself is not a reputable seller either, but the price is too good to be true, so I placed my order, and expect to get the camera next week.

But for others interested in a deal, yo ucan get the camera for about the same price from beach camera or butterfly photo

Buydig.com is a very respectable retailer of photographic equipment. As an avid photographer, I frequent www.dpreview.com and there is a lot of positive feedback there in their forums. I would say Buydig.com is defintely up there with Adorama and BH Photo. They always seem to have an edge on price on cameras and SLR bodies. Not so much on lenses and other accesories though.

I ordered from them a couple years ago. While everything went "ok", I'll never order from them again. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Long story short, they sat on shipping it for 4 days, so I cancelled the order. They were rather rude about it too, especially when I said I could go to another vendor, not pay for expedited shipping, and it'd be on it's way a lot quicker.

No problems with buydig here, either. Ordered my A85 at like 8 am, it had shipped before 12 noon. Got it about 2 days later. I'd order from them again.
