Dell does NOT have a price match or protection plan. I was on the phone with two CS reps, b/c of the $20 drop in price ($399 to $379) on there web site. The 1st rep said that he couldn't refund the $20 difference and that I would have to reorder. So I hung-up on him and called right back in a spoke with another guy, that after 5-10 min of complaining gave me the $20 credit back to my amex blue. Make sure you get a refrence number. So, final cost ended up $339-$20= $319. I must say , Dells policy sucks for PM and Price Protection, ie.. it doesn't exist. The reps told me that there web site changes constantly and Dell in not responsible to give me the price back normally, (unless you now how to complain like a as* ). Some leverage I used was the fact that my camera has not been received and that I could just refuse a return to sender, w/o having to pay for shipping. Good Luck,
