Its is far from fraud. The stores want printed advertisements the magazine is a printed advertisement. Its not mine, or yours if the employee doesn't bother calling to double check. I don't have any problem if they call to check, any deal. Hell I even waited for BB to open one time, sat at frys for extra 30 minutes to get PM.
Some people like me never realized that camera goes in reality for $499 well that's because I already have a digital camera and haven't followed up much on it lately.
and thats where the average joe who gets PC mag(I equate this to my sister) doesn't no better, and heads to CC/BB/Frys wherever and wants that price. They are simply doing what the store allows them to do.
How is it fraud if you don't know? I mean seriously don't know. Not playing stupid. Not everyone checks the internet everyday for best prices.
You want examples of Fraud BVG to oem products. You know lots of people do this. they're totally decieving them that googlegear or whereever is selling a retail drive when infact they are selling a bare drive.
