if you go to od's website and do a search it shows up as 399, but if you click the op's link its 279

this is a great camera if u just want something light and portable... lucky for me i bought it cheap at the target clearance... the CSR misquoted over the phone and they sold it to me for over half price... lolz

If any of you do get this camera be very careful with the LCD viewscreen, many people have complained on the cnet site that their camera's lcd broke for no apparent reason. On top of that cannon charged to repair them, when it was basically caused by them being defective.

I tried instore pickup today but they said they got an email from corporate telling them not to honor the price. Anybody actually got a tracking number yet? I think 3 day shipping pending (which is what my order also says) means it hasn't been fully processed and will likely be cancelled.

Well, another update. Mine actually shipped yesterday, and is scheduled to be delivered today. It's wierd. I have to tracking #s, two sch'd deliveries. One for 1.1 lbs, and one for 2.3 lbs... Shipped fedex. Guess i'll find out in a couple hours!

I also got 2 packages from UPS - 1 with camera, 1 big box with a catalog. Anyway, on pg 64, the SD400 is pictured with a $279.00 price.......... i smell a pricematch !!
