Can't access Homeserver/DDNS website within my home network

I have a WHS setup that I can access from the internet, but when I try and access from within my homenetwork, I get my Verizon FIOS router login webpage?

I have my home wireless router setup (ASUS RT-N16 flashed with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10) mega - build 14896) in the DMZ zone of the Verizon Wireless router, so not sure why this is happening? Any suggestions?

Same issue exists if I try and access any of my services using my ddns address (i.e. webmail, vnc, etc).

Edit: If you need to access these services via the external DNS name, you'll need to add that name to the hosts files of the computers on your LAN, or create a DNS entry (if you have any sort of internal DNS server) using the internal IP of your WHS. The first option is easiest, the second is a bit more elegant as it doesn't require editing hosts files for all computers and changing them all if the IP of your WHS changes.

If your firewall/router supports NAT loopback you could enable that as well. That would actually be the easiest option.
