I am having trouble connecting to tiger direct and newegg....but only from my own computer other laptops and devices can without problem...do not know what to do and have tried several things.....NEED HELP
Make sure your pc has same version of Java and plugins.
Also make sure your pc has same version or better version of Internet Explorer.
Are those other computers owned by you or family members?
Maybe they are clogging up your bandwidth?
If it is not bandwidth issue then I would suspect perhaps issues with toolbar addons inside your browser.
Turn off the popup stopper and other third party addons on a temporary basis then report back here how things are acting.
Like what? Help us help you. Tigerdirect isn't asking for anything (such as Java or Flash) so if it's not connecting, it's probably being blocked by something. Have you tried different browsers?
Clean out your internet cache and temporarily disable you firewall to see if that helps.
