Can't decide. I have a TNT card and need to upgrade

Hi there, I have the STB 4400 TNT card now and would like to upgrade. My brother has a savage 2000 for me if I want it. Should I take it and hold of on getting a geforce 2 mx. My freind can get me the creative one for about 90 dollars. I don't want to spend over 140 with shipping.

If you can get by with the Savage 2000 and it's good enough for what you are doing now I'd wait and get a 64MB GTS 2 later. Unless you use $100 bills to heat your house that is

thanks, Is the viper any good for games though. I like unreal and Quake 3 and I still play them on my tnt. Doesn't seem so bad on a duron 950 though. Actually, it sucks

One of the things the Viper II is REALLY good at is meTal, which UT supports. It even beats Voodoo cards in UT. It's not the best Quake card, but it's great for UT, if that's you're main game, hey it's good enough.
