Ugh...
I tried adding a new hard drive to my win2k machine recently.
I decided to try mounting the drive to a folder on an existing drive (I chose e:\backup as mounting destination).
Well, the thing worked like crap. It took 25 mins to copy a 5 meg file to the new backup folder, so I decided i'd forget about mounting it and just set it up as a seperate drive.
So, i go to disk management, and delete the partition on the new drive.
However, the Backup folder STAYED on my primiary drive, and now I CAN'T DELETE IT. Whenever I try to, windows gives me some nonsense error about how its unable to access the folder and it may be in use (it isnt, i have rebooted 3 times).
Any ideas on how to kill this damn folder? Its eating up 5 gigs of space and i have no idea how to get rid of it.
