Ive had a 2 week break from bench press and now i cant do as many reps as before, it used to be 4-5 reps at 75lbs now doing 3 is a struggle. This is with powerblock dumbells, 75lbs per hand, these are all i have to work with at the moment.
Should i keep trying with the 75lbs doing what i can or should i drop the weight to 70lbs and go from there?
