Can't overclock Duron further

I have 650Mhz Duron @ 893Mhz (105*8.5). It runs very stable at this speed, but when I try to increase fsb (for ex. 107*8.5) it crashes in games. If I increase multiplier (for ex. 100*9.5) windows crashes while loading (writes "System Protection Error&quot. At 100*10 computer won't load at all. Can this be due to my 250W power supply? Would I be able to reach 1ghz speed with 300W one?
My motherboard is MSI K7T Pro2. btw, bios isn't upgraded.

You know that there is a limit to each overclocked cpu, you reached yours

I'm using 1.75. Tried 1.80, but there was no difference.

the max I'd personally try is 1.85V but you need to have top class cooling. what sort of temperatures are you seeing?
like Czar commented, you may have reached your cpu limit!

well I use TITAN TTC-D3TB cooler. If in idle condition, processor temperature is 38C. think it's quite normal.

You've reached your limit, but before I came to that conclusion I would try 1.85v first.

You may want to try the latest OC bios from the MSI site before you give up hope.

38*C WHEN IDLE!!! THATS HUGE! My Duron 800 idled at around 31*C when not overclocked. And I'm running my Duron at a gigahertz on 1.85 cpu voltage and it idles at around 40-41*C. Get yourself some cooling man...
