I'm having this problem on one of the public puters in the lab where I work. Since it's an adaptive technology lab for the disabled, we try to keep local security to a minimum since these kids have trouble enough using screen readers to navigate windows without extra crap getting in the way. This also means someone could concieably done damn near anything.
Right click works fine everywhere but on the desktop.
Any ideas?
I've tried upgrading mounse drivers, active X, made sure that active desktop is off, and all that.
