I too see that problem. Mr.Masquerade might have asked admins to delete his account.

Yeah, there's probably some bug in the software with banned members. We mods can see all past and present members,
banned or not. We never nuke accounts unless they are spammers.

If you're curious searched for other banned members and see if you see the same.

I tried a couple I know are permabanned...I get the same info...or lack thereof.

Not really a concern for me, just saying.
