Can't View Profile -- Trying to Report Server Problem

Possibly not the right forum? Not sure if this is intended for issues with people or issues with the server? Or both? Anyway, I've been trying to view profiles to PM people about buying things and I get:

Server Error in '/' Application.
An error occurred while try to load the string resources (GetModuleHandle failed with error -2147024713).
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Note that this second technique will cause all files within a given application to be compiled in debug mode. The first technique will cause only that particular file to be compiled in debug mode.

Important: Running applications in debug mode does incur a memory/performance overhead. You should make sure that an application has debugging disabled before deploying into production scenario.

I can't reproduce this in FF or IE6, is there a particular profile it does this on? I'd need to be able to reproduce it to try and fix whatever it is.
