some a**hole did that to my car and my friend's car. We were parked normally and weren't bothering anyone. My friend had a 1969 Dodge Dart and lived outside of town. He was almost killed when his car went out of control. I caught mine in time while going home.

If I ever catch that bastard, I will personally shove his head up his a$$.

I disagree, there is not a single state in the country that allows deadly force for stealing of any automobile, I dont know where you would get that idea from. Only for home invasion and that really isnt for stealing either they allow it because someone is invading your home with uknown intent.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporary_insanity

yea and pray you get the stupidest jury ever

that would be any California jury.

You would be wrong then, it is a can do situation in Texas and has been since 1992 when they extended the use of deadly force to protecting your vehicle. The new laws in TX now extend "Castle" rights to your automobile also so now ANYONE can carry a loaded handgun in their car at anytime they choose without a license to carry.

I did get out and started to yell at her and she continued to walk away. She was your typical 300 pound women, she had enough power to eat my friend and and I. I started to yell but she plainly walked away like she didn't give a crap, before you guys go about asking why I didnt confront her - I did.

Some college buds and I happened upon a geo metro parked in a lot on our way back to the dorms. We picked up the ass end up at and turned it 90 degrees so that it took up 2 spaces. We made sure to pass by the car the next night on our way out, and sure enough, there was a ticket on it

In high school a buddy of mine had a bit of a prank war with my twin brother and I. I don't remember what started it, but one day it really escalated and my brother and I planned to get him back good. My brother worked at dairy queen at the time and they were throwing out all their old rotten bacon, apparently it was about 4 motnhs old, not too sure but some of it was green, real real real nasty stuff.

Anyways, we arrived late for school that day because we had a dentist appointment first, so at about 9:30 am we arrived at school, and covered this kids car in 8 lbs of rotten bacon slices. It stunk to high hell. He had a minivan and I even climbed on top to layout pieces. Fort he icing on the cake, I wrapped his windshield wipers all the way up in bacon, as well as wrapping every door handle.

We went inside reeking of bacon, and got our absentee forms from the disciplinarian who's nose crinkled the second we set foot in his office. I headed off to the bathroom to cleanup, then proceeded to my first class. By 6th period the entire school knew what we had done, but everyone kept it silent from joe (The owner of the minivan.) By 8th period people were chomping at the bits to see what about 6 hours of baking in the sun did to the bacon.

We hot out at 2:45 and made a mad rush to the car people were already out there taking pictures (Ill see if I can find some.) Joe came out about ten minutes later and looked like he wanted to cry, you could smell his car from a hundred feet easily. First thing he did was chase me and my brother, which was a bad idea because there were two of us. While he chased my brother I balled up the ssemi crispy bacon and started throwin slimy bacon balls at him. At that point he fell to his knees and declared a truce on the spot in front of all my friends.

We ended up peeling all the bacon off the car and leaving it in a pile in the parking lot, the next morning there was animal shit all over the blacktop and his parking spot (revenge 2.) We had to use an ice scraper to scrape away the thick layer of grease on his front windshield, then we drove about ten miles to a nice do it yourself car wash. My brother paid to get the car cleaned, it cost like 20$ but we finally got it clean.

In the summer he still tells me on the hot days he can still faintly get a whiff of cooking bacon.

The other day we went to a local place for dinner, it was raining hard, and they were busy. The parking lot was nearly full, with the only open spaces way out on the fringe. Driving through the lot we saw a burgundy Acura parked across 2 spaces within just a few feet of the restaurant entrance. I just thought that was uncalled for, since that meant one other party could have avoided a long walk through rain and puddles.

Before we went in, I grabbed a sheet of paper from my briefcase and wrote a unflattering commentary on the owner's parking habits and stuck it under the wiper blade. When we got to the restaurant, I checked in with the hostess and told her I thought I saw someone damage a burgundy Acura in the lot and they were leaving a note on the windshield.

The hostess made an announcement on the PA system for the owner of such car to come to the hostess station and since we were waiting for a table, we were only a few feet away. Some guy in an expensive suit came strolling up to the hostess and she relayed the story I told her. He broke into a run out the door heading for his car. A couple minutes later he came back in, very wet, with my note crumpled in his hand and went back to his table.

I figured that was a bit of justice.

I don't mess with people's cars because I am a car guy....but there was this one time back in college. It was my first year and I lived in the dorm. The corner room had these two preppy frat boys. One Thursday night real late we went down to the parking lot and jacked up the one guy's car and using short pieces of wood we got the car to sit where the rear tires were not touching the ground but it looked like they were. The next day Mr. Frat went to go home for the weekend and his car would not move. It was rather hilarious and all in good fun as we got along with them so it was not meant to be malicious.

There's always the note. My mom used to print out notes and place them right over the driver side of the windshield, held by the wiper. Usually a few swear words were thrown in and there would be an explanation as to why they are retarded (either parked on the line, parked in two spaces, etc.)

Also, I can't condone actually damaging someone else's vehicle. That just sucks, even if it was a prank. If it was revenge I could see your justification, but it's still not right.

although the stories might be funny in themselves, and perhaps the victim of these stories probably deserved it, remember that you should not mess with someone else's car.

some states allow deadly force to be used when their personal property is being messed with. depending on the law, this is permitted without asking to stop, or even give any kind of warning before applying deadly force.

practical jokes are fun, however be sure that the person youre pulling it on wouldnt pull a gun on you and shoot you like a criminal sack of shit that he probably would assume is doing who-knows-what to his car. also not fun to be picked up by the cops if they happen to see you first.

tldr;/cliffs: MESSING WITH CARS THAT ARE NOT YOURS (or private property of others) IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.

I sure hope you aren't a lawyer. Or that you don't try and break into my car when I'm around, because you will be shot. Legally I might add.
