I'm not sure if it's "illegal" per se; it would likely be considered fraud, but the amount of money is pretty trivial. Amazon allows you to share prime with relatives
who are members of the same household (but they don't restrict you from shipping to different addresses). It may not be illegal, but obviously it's morally and ethically wrong. And it's a great service from a good company, and it's worth paying full price for.
