Neither of them is that funny. Mencia keeps telling the stupid jokes about "Mexican Beaners"... beloved patriot is not even a real slang term for a Mexican, so Mencia is probably the only one who sees himself as "beloved patriot".

QueBert, your GF may be Panamanian and Native American, but that doesn't mean she can't be half black. Are there not descendents of Africans living in Panama? Panamanian is not a race, but black is.

Williams is the most famous joke-stealer of all time. When he would come in the clubs in LA, they would flash the red light that signaled them to leave the stage. He's also got quite the anger management issue if you've ever seen Tristanmon's video of Blizz-Con where Joe Rogan almost attacked him (although, you could say he was playfully provoked... if you watch it, it'd make more sense ).

you're missing the fact that rogan never accused ANYONE of stealing HIS (rogan's) material. he's standing up for other comics who have had their material stolen by mencia.

...but if you think mencia is funny, what's the use in arguing?

The one joke in question is simple, people can steal a joke but can they steal one obvious line? saying "who's gonna build the wall?" seems like the only logical and easiest joke about California building a fence/wall between Cali and mexico. That Ari guy wasn't the first time I heard it, and I've heard 2-3 other dudes besides him & Mencia say basically the same thing. Mencia's show is so-so at best, but his old stand up is great.

To everyone who says Joe "pnwd him" Carlos didn't seem shook at all, more annoyed.

Neither are that great in the big scheme of things, but Joe definitely needs to stick to Fear Factor & UFC commentary.

Problem is, the joke that mencia used had almost the exact same punchline and Ari also opened for Mencia using that joke.
