Nice. Now you need to post a pic of yourself doing donuts in it to celebrate.
nah, rubber for this thing is pricey. Maybe when it has to be replaced.

Check the # on your motor (on the oilpan) to see if you have the early smaller IMS bearing. If so, you should have it replaced with one of the aftermarket versions.
Early 2005 version had the 996 IMS assembly that is fail-prone.
From the pics, your car doesn't have the real leather package, which is actually better when it comes to durability and cleaning (and kids).
It is an early car since it was originally purchased in 04. the car is immaculate and was well taken care of by the original owner so I'm hoping to find out that the bearing was already done.
Trip to the dent wizard got rid of the 2 small door dings she had. It was the easiest $100 I've ever spent. Silly that I feel that way but they made looking at the rest of the body impossible. I found myself trying to see them whenever I saw the car.
Now I gotta pick up some nice Lloyds mats.
What say the crew for embroidery? The interior is black.
should they say PORSCHE, 997, 911, Carrera.... ? what?
Congrats Lavaheadache!
It is very pretty.
I'm looking at a similar purchase, waiting on the 997 .2's to come down a little in price, but I'm jealous!
I would have loved a 997.2 but if i did that i would have had to wait another year or 2. I really cant wait till the 991's become attainable for me..... The new body is soooooo nice. Looks nice and wide.
Nice Beetle
