In light rain it isn't a problem as long as you are moving it all just blows over you. In heavy rain/down pour, at least with my miata, you get a light mist being sucked back up into the car and on to the inside of the windshield blinding you. Had to pull over under a bridge and put the top up when I got caught on the interstate in a down pour. Haven't done it in snow yet, have a hard top, but sounds like it would be fun.
