I'd go with the Chevrolet Corvair. TBH, I'd love to see GM produce a RR layout car again, esp with today's engine/drivetrain tech.

I thought we were talking about the return of models, not past generations of current models. Maybe that is why you don't see as many e30 m3 posts.

Also, the air cooled 911 turbid are inferior in almost every way to their newer counterparts. Even if porsche brought them back, they'd probably cost twice the watercooled models, be given a special title, and few would be sold.

that's ok, they've got way more panache than anything porsche has built since. (997 gt3rs potentially excepted)

Man, how has no one said El Camino yet??

THIS TIMES A MILLION

also sorry for being gone for awhile. Remember this is about cars no longer made entirely. Not about older versions of vehicles still in production.

Yugo. Bought one of these in 1988 for a little over $2,000.
Put 135K on it and sold it for $1,800.
Only things I ever did to it was tune ups, oil/filter changes and tires.
Never had a problem with it, always ran great (good gas mileage).
Used it for back and forth to work, did its job perfectly.
Would love to have another brand new one.
