Ok I've watched all of Justice League and just about Finished Superman TAS. Also going to rewatch all of Batman TAS. What should be next? Is Teen Titans worth watching? I know a few episodes are OK but as a whole I don't know. Suggestions?

Aqua Teen Hunger Force

I am serious.
It's ridiculous but extremely enjoyable in its ridiculousness.

try japanese anime. there are a lot of good ones out there.

Anime is in a completely different class. You should feel ashamed for even mentioning anime in the same thread as inferior "cartoons". Walk with your head down and back slouched in shame for the rest of the day.

I'll second the Aqua Teen.

You should also check out Archer from FX. That show is really funny!

I did actually find Aqua Teen Hunger Force very amusing. I have not watched them all, but some of them were hilarious.

Samurai Champloo - Made by the same dude involved with Cowboy Bebop, only I think this ones much shorter (26 episodes)...liked it better.
Samurai Jack - American made, but they had good fucking sense and didn't try to copy the anime style.

Also, I support Aqua Teen and Looney Tunes. The episode with the WWWYYZZRD had me cracking up.

Although not all of them. After watching the most successful and popular animes, those that fall in between tend to reusing stale stories and methods. I got burnt out on animes a while ago although its still an interesting genre when at its' best.

Full Metal Alchemist has one of the greatest stories I've ever seen. Brotherhood, the second one where they use the same characters but put them in a different story, has the best by far.

Adventure Time from Cartoon Network is also great. It certainly has innuendos, like Rocko's.

Avatar from Nickelodeon also has a very epic storyline. The very last episode may feel a bit rushed, but they still did it well. Because it ended a couple of years ago, you may have to rent the dvd.

I loved the Batman Animated Series you're going to watch. Prob my fav cartoon of all time.

Ever watch "The Real Ghostbusters"? That was a good one too.

Another vote for Looney Tunes.
In the vein of older classics there is this giant set of old cartoons; you're looking at 62 hours for around 15 bucks. From what I've heard the video quality isn't the greatest but the price is certainly right.
I would also like to mention animaniacs if you have yet to watch it. Great show, but the dvds will cost you.
I enjoyed home movies but your tastes may differ. I think you can still catch reruns on cartoon network; I recommend that or renting before pouring a lot (I'm surprised it costs so much) of money into buying it.
Oh, forgot the powerpuff girls.

Yes! Such an awesome show! :awe:

KT

The thing that pissed me off around then was finding "Ghostbusters" in the TV guide and getting all excited, only to find out that it was that lame other cartoon that had nothing to do with Peter/Egon/Ray/Winston/Slimer/and that ghost mobile thing.

I do like a number of anime but that's really a whole different genre. I've enjoyed the DBZ, DB DGT series as well as a many movies but I'm looking here more for western cartoons.

Nothing beats old Looney Tunes

Anything from 1945 and earlier. Betty Boop is a favorite of mine, especially the pre code cartoons. Propaganda cartoons of WWII are great, as are the generic cartoons that don't feature recurring characters, but spotlight (then)current pop culture.

Here's a couple of my favorite Betty Boops...

Thanks for the suggestions. I really do like many of the older classics. I'm particularly fond of the old Donald Duck flicks. However these are much harder to find on torrent sites. I'll take a look at what TVTorrent has. Thanks.
