Got mine in.. there is a blemish on the LCD where it looks like one of the coatings came loose. I expect nothing less from TD.. but the rest of it looks cherry. I'll probably polish off the blemish and tint the LCD to keep the brightness down anyhow.

Haha well the first case that I got broken but later returned, well one whole side of the LCD wasn't even soldered on to the mainboard! 2nd one was great though. I wasn't expecting it to be so large though, had to re-arrange my room just for the case.

Best $20 case since Newegg had $20 cases, shipped, with Delta 350W, maybe two years ago.

But this thing is huge, 22 inches deep. My new build is a uATX board too.

That pretty LCD display also includes a fan controller which can switch on four fans one by one as the case or cpu heat up. On the minus side, the case-top 80mm fan outlet is very restricted. Very pleased with Tiger clearance deals right now.

Man if i knew how to do that i would be in! im sure it takes alot of effort?

Takes about 15 seconds for me. That's why I have a plasma cutter.

UPDATE: I took the front panel apart, and there is a film between the plastic LCD cover and the LCD... Anyhow, there was a fingerprint or something of that nature between the film and plastic.. cleaned it up and now everything is perfect!

Does anyone have any problems with the CD/DVD drive tray hitting the door on the front of the case? I just got mine (man is this thing big) and haven't played with it yet, but the roommate noticed that there may be a physical space conflict.

I like a quiet case, and don't want the thing beeping at me either.
You will probably have to dig out that beeper from within the front panel. Usually these beepers have a small hole you can cover with tape or otherwise plug up. If that isn't quiet enough for you then remove the beeper.

Have you located it? I think its on the panel with the lcd but im not sure how to get to it.

I have another problem I hope someone can help me with. The first time i booted up in this case I accidently left the c drive unplugged. It Booted to the first black screen saying that the processor specs needed to be entered into the bios and saved. The only drive connected was my 300g d drive. I powered down then noticed the c wasent connected. I plugged the c back in and it booted windows. However when i go to my computer and click on the d drive windows is telling me that the d drive is not formatted. Im not sure what I did. I have a bunch of stuff on the d drive thats not backed up. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to recover the data on the drive?

This is windows 2000 btw.,

ok I have 3 fans hooked up. fan 1 is the one on the back. fan 2 is the one on the front and fan 3 is the one on the top. The last 2 days after the pc has been on a couple of hours the case starts beeping then fan 2 kicks on and off. It will keep beeping10 times while constantly switching fan 2 on and off. Is anyone else having any problems like this. The way this thing beeps I wish i would have kept my old case.

Anyone figure out exactly where the speaker or speaker wires are? I wouldnt mind just cutting the wires.

do you mean to set the case temp higher so it always runs all three fans?

The speaker is located just below the lithium battery, on the back of the LCD display panel. Put some tape over the tiny speaker hole, and some more tape over the larger battery access hole and maybe the sound won't be so bothersome, otherwise just open up the assembly and rip out the speaker.

I don't plan to use the fan control at all, except maybe for that nearly useless top fan to come on just before the interior bursts into flames. My motherboard bios can control three fan headers, ramping up the speed as needed.

Anyone have a problem with the LCD? I just got around to setting my new system up in this bad boy about a week ago but hadn't really run it but for a few times. Two days ago I got my new vid card installed it and turned the system on and everything was fine. Had to reboot after installing drivers and when it came back on I heard a loud POP.

Turned out to be a cap or something on the back of the LCD. When I opened the front door there was bits of paper all over the place from the inside of the capacitor.

I pulled the lcd out and am going to call Power Up to see if they will send me a new one on Monday or tuesday. :-(
