I wonder if his company will treat each seperate collision as an accident, or if it will be one big accident. The reason is that they have a certain amount that they pay total per accident, depending on your coverage. 19 cars and a flower shop has got to cost some serious money...

Since he was DUI, will his insurance even cover any of the damages?

19 cars and the flower shop. Figure the total damages were upwards of $250k or more. I feel bad for the people who's cars were totalled. Even if his insurance company covers the damages, those people are likely going to be screwed.
