Been using these for a week. They work pretty good, but on the Crysis 2 demo, they made for wicked rolling lines down the screen on the menus. Also, it fixed the flickering on running a dual monitor for me. I hooked up my U3011 through the DP, and my LG screen up to the DVI-D port, and no flickering at desktop so far today.

Actually, this is what the review says:

"Meanwhile for the AMD cards we’re using the Catalyst 11.4 preview for the 5770 and 6800 series. While the bulk of the performance improvements in these drivers (in what AMD is now calling Project Mjölnir) are for the new Cayman/VLIW4 architecture, Barts/Evergreen/VLIW5 performance has ticked up a couple percent here and there, further raising the bar that NVIDIA needs to cross."

I assume they also retested the 6900 series. They only mention the 5700 and 6800 series because those are the ones the 550Ti was competing with.

hmmm i wonder if it's beneficial go patch from 10.10e to 11.4 for my CFX setup. I usually don't bother upgrading my drivers unless it has a moderate boosts on performance

I installed these last night and with my 6950 @ 6970 my numbers match up with what his review was showing for metro 2033 that was the only game I tested so far.

I upgraded to 11.4b and fixed the random crashes with Dirt 2 and an issue with Cyberlink MediaShow Express that it would crash after running the app for 5 seconds, now it is usable again.

Still getting system crashes when enabling hardware acceleration in flash. Both my 5770 and my wife's 4850.

Wasn't this supposed to be fixed via flash 10.2? seriously, this has been happening for like a year or something.

Weird, I haven't had any flash issue save for 10.12 drivers.
