Mahi-mahi is pretty good, but I have to admit I have a lust for Ono when it comes to white fish. Unfortunately, getting Ono anywhere but Hawaii is rather difficult.

I don't think I ever had this type of fish before, Im going to have to try it one day. This thread has also been very informative, I learned about a new type of dolphin.

Dolphins are awesome looking fish. White with a rainbowish color.

Dolphin
Triple-tail
Snook
