Heh, I've only heard of mahi mahi, never as dolphin. I've only had it once, but it was pretty good.

yea, thast whats done to much fish in commercial fishing, deep freeze right on the boat. better then keeping it just refridgerated for all the days before it gets to u. mahi mahi is tasty, but ugly http://www.aruba-mahimahi.com/

BAh best salmon roll in was like 30lb last or two summers ago, out of pentwater MI on lake MI.

I am still on vacation. I will post pics of the loot tomorrow. After this trip we have about 100lbs of Mahi Mahi to bring home. Stick it in the freezer and eat it whenever we desire.
