I made my own super-potent oil for topical use. It's perfectly ingestible, but it's more valuable to me as a topical for my neuropathy. I used over a full pound of hemp sativa to press out 32oz of infused clarified coconut oil, to give an idea of potency.

For ingestion, I use gelcaps from Lazarus Naturals in Oregon, typically either 100 or 200mg strength. They don't do much for my chronic pain, but they help take off just the edge. Like a few others stated, they help me sleep. The company also has discounts for Vets and people on SNAP benefits, which is awesome.

Not bad. I used mine to treat recurrent sharp and thundering pain that wouldn't go away after several weeks. All due to a lifetime of dumb decisions. I'm currently on a prescription numbing medicated cream that insurance pays all for. 3 or 4 numbers at high solutions. I'd rather use cbd due to the long term health effects of the prescription stuff but don't know what's reputable. The original salve was given to me by a coworker who's since retired. His son was an avid user at the time due to pain from cycling and old injuries of being knocked off his bike by drivers.
