CC Pricematch?

Hey,

I know I'm probably not supposed to ask Q's...but this was the place I thought to go....

If Walmart.com has the Rio Karma for $250, and I print the page out...will CC or anyone else PM it?

I'm not certain on this, but I'm pretty sure you need an actual advertisement not something printed off the net. Maybe you should stop by a walmart and see if that is advertised in their recent ad?

CC is so stupid. I went to my local CC to price match the logitech MX duo keyboard and mouse. They said they can't price match MIR. SO if you have any MIR they won't touch it with a 10ft stick.

most places (if not all) will not honor a pricematch on a mir.

I believe cc doesn't pm websites. But, if the price at walmart b&m is the same as on the walmart website, then take in the website printout. If they say they won't pm it because it's from the website, tell them it's the same price instore. And if they don't believe you, tell them they can call walmart to check.

So if the b&m price is the same as the website..it should work. But might not, just because sometimes the csr's are asses about pming.

YMMV, but this is what i would do (and have done in the past). find a stupid looking employee, and tell him you want to pricematch to walmart but you don't have the ad with you. tell him the deal is posted online, and take him over to the the 'broadband internet terminal' (they have them in CT, don't know about other states... basically just local ISP has a little kiosk where you can 'try out' their internet service). pull up the page, he'll prolly print it out and maybe show it to his manager. they'll PM it for 110% and you walk out the door a very happy customer

You wanna talk stupid?

I have 2 super walmarts, both within about 6 miles of me, and they won't pricematch each other. WTF?

Their reason? We only pricematch our competitors, and that other Walmart store isn't competiting against us!
