Sorry I misunderstood you. I believed that with your "Innocent, until proven guilty" you were negating Intel history, as some others like to do.

I agree with you we must wait and see in this new case. Of course, Intel is innocent whereas the contrary is not proved.

Said that, history (previous links) shows that Intel has been playing dirty for decades in many countries, which means it is highly probable that this has been the case now in India.

People (including me) are kind of hypocritical about things like this.

Example

Someone has been accused of cheating people illegally out of lots of money on ten occasions, found guilty ten times in the past and has now been accused for the eleventh time.

Can we throw them straight in the gulag and throw away the key for the next five years, NO! It needs to be through the courts and legal system.

Talking privately between closed doors, between friends, "He did it again, hope he gets ten years this time" ......
Etc etc.

In this particular case, despite searching and searching for more information about it, I have been able to find out, just about nothing.

So, even my hypocritical "behind closed doors" system, does not have any idea if they did, or did not do it.
I'm not really that sure, exactly what they are being accused of, or how trustworthy or not the authorities are there.

N.B. I'm not trying to hint that the authorities there are GOOD, or BAD, it's just that I don't know.
