Worry about CNN viewership?
After all, whats the alternative? Fox News?
Does anyone including right wing conservatives really think that Fox news will give them the truth?
If people really want the truth we already know where to go....
Facebook.
But nice try. Keep up the cause.
I use YouTube news aggregators who analyze more than 1 source of info and claim to be unbiased and/or declare their biases. Some people do this for a living believe it or not. They just read and report news all day and have large followings on YT. Trust is usually quantified by followers (though not always) and indicative of skill level. In a neat tidy half hour I can get a nice summary/analysis of all of the major news in a days' actual FACTS instead of partisan activist nonsense like CNN.

The whole issue of viewership is a red herring because TV news viewership overall has been declining steadily for over a decade. Most people just don't get their news from TV anymore. And as young people are leading that change, those news networks with younger viewer demographics are suffering from this more than those with older viewers.
This entire thread is a great example of how bias impairs critical thinking, as it is leading some to correlate the obviously wrong causation.

It seems as if American Conservatives have a hard time expressing their ideas and since most of their ideas are incredibly simple, this should not be an issue.
Am I the only one who notices things like this?

Yes, because you hate freedom of the press, we already addressed that.

And as usual with you, Trump is always someone else's fault, and not any indication of your hatred for people exercising their freedoms in ways you disagree with.
The old guard is dead, ie tradmedia which can die a swift death if that is what you're referring to. The new guard is independent media, the faster you (and CNN, MSNBC, Fox, Brietbart) realize this the better. Independents are delivering mostly unbiased content in easier to digest formats that accommodate our busy lives in the digital age that tradmedia simply cannot compete with.

The problem with this post is that you are clearly not an independent. Quite the opposite, you're as blatantly partisan and biased as they come.

You be the type of guy who still watches cable news. It's a dying breed, go look at the stats on cord cutting.
And you know this about Zin, how?

Oh, and before you direct your lies at me, I cut the cable cord back in 2013. And I was never a fan of cable news before then. In fact, I have never liked any type of video-based news. I dislike having someone tell me what happened, and prefer to read most of my news. That is truly independent, as I can pick and choose what I read, and where I read it from, rather than letting some talking head spoonfeed it to me.

I DID?
Prove it.
I'll deny it in court and Bill Barr will back me up on that.
I didn't say anything that Donald Trump wouldn't say, that is if I did say it in the first place which I didn't.
I bet it was that damn Joe and Hunter Biden.
That does it, I'm calling Volodymr Zelensky, Ukraine will get to the bottom of this fake news.

So CNN didn't do a "woe is me b/c advertisers don't like us as much" tour? Yes it's implied they are in a downspiral but mainly because they aren't reporting the news in an unbiased fashion. They and MSM propelled Trump into office.

Fake news is my dislike of biased outlets who parade activists as journalists.
This is your problem, Trump CREATES these events that CNN reports on, if you watch ABC news report that Trump says "windmills cause cancer" or "you need an ID card to buy cereal" is ABC news "biased" too?.

I'll admit I consume less CNN these days. I get tired of them belaboring the hell out of their "breaking" news constantly. I listen on Sirius during my commute, and in that half hour they keep rehashing the same stuff over and over and over again throughout the day. I mainly have MSNBC on, and sometimes I'll tune into Fox and listen the absolutely batshit crazy hosts of "The Five" before I turn that off. Poor Juan.

During the day if I have time at work I click through MSN like the majority of the world that Microsoft got people hooked on from the IE days, and I do use the CNN news app. BBC is interesting to listen to if I get the time.

What always amazes about these trolls is their ability to tell obvious baldfaced self-serving lies as though they were factual, and their expectation that we must believe their lies because they say so. And also that they don't realize that that ability of theirs, all by itself, is both proof of their authoritarianism and thus the single biggest reason to oppose them. Because, other than actual violence, very little is more authoritarian than the forced imposition of falsehood on others.

what lie was told here...

I'd rather be subjected to the agenda CNN is pushing that straight out lied too and swindled by Fox.
that being said, I watch neither. Though I will more often than not go to cnn.com for news updates.

Me too and it is the shittiest news site, pop ups, auto play video with random volume, the guaranteed are you sure you don’t want the cnn app, slow to load on mobile and videos sometimes work on mobile and other times don’t work.
Crappy site.

Have posted before about how the nation views news and their source of news. CNN continues to drop in the number of people who use them as a source of news. One would think they would change the "course" knowing their numbers continue to fall.

People see through their biased attempt and the declining numbers are indicative of that...

ratings...

Except, CNN caters to a digital audience now and tops the ratings in digital ratings.

Whoops. As if cable ratings even matter anymore

That is the single most second dumbest thing I have read on ATPN this fine 2020 February. But hey, you managed to find something even worse than Fox, a feat in it self.
