CD-RW Burners for $90

i just got my burner from PC Liquidator and it works like advertised. I have done a few burns and it works at 4X.

They are selling them for $90 - To me it seemed like a pretty good deal?

Still a good deal on that 4x

4x burners most likely don't have or need burnproof. 2mb buffer will suffice. just my $0.02

Well I got TDK veloCD 12x10x32x for $140 after rebates. Came with a 50 TDK CD-R spindle, too!

It was a deal at staples B&M a couple weeks ago. Advertised for $149.99 and than there was a $50 MIR and I had an email with a $20.00 coupon, which brought the final price down to $80.00.

It's a kickin drive. Not burnproof, but than again, I don't require burnproof. Fast though

Don't feel too bad if you missed the Acer CD-RW deal at Staples, I knew about it and tried two different major B&M stores for over a week. They never had any in stock.....and the deal was limited to stock on hand (no rain checks)........
They finally got in two or three and the first person there bought two,....... I was told by an employee that he and another friend purchased the first ones available ........?
That sucks, ............ it's mainly just a come-on to get people into the store ...........!

I think the buy.com offer of the CDs bundled with the TDK burner is dead only the burner remains.

iBuy.com has a similar deal at $217 without the CD bundle and a rebait of $50 they have several other burners but not at the fantastic prices we have missed (.
