It might be a Circuit City only rebate. However, you could bring the Target flyer to CC and see if they'll price match it - then send the rebate in for additional savings (you would actually make money on this deal).

hm... not bad deals for cd-r media, specially target's decent price w/ no rebates!, but sinc ei already have so many cd-r's...
i jus wish there were some cd-rw's on sale for once...

I guess no math majors out there. My Circuit city ad from Sat paper edition says $24.99-$10MIR-$15CC rebate=$4.99.
UH, shouldn't that be free, not $4.99?

went to cc this morning. the tdk are indeed $25. the in store flier says $25 minus $10 and $15 equals only $5.00 (something wrong with their math). the shelf sticker only shows a $15 rebate. however, the cash register do print out two separate rebates. now im at a computer, wanting to buy more thru their website. the website says $29.99...........ok. looks like bunch of conflict story. im going back to the CC BM after work. good luck everyone.

i have a friend with 24x cdrw and i never have seen any cd's over 4x or max 8x speed do they even exist. He wants to backup stuff but on 4x its slow. regular cdr's he has at 24x but not cdrw's

If you're talking about CDRW discs over 4x and 8x, they do exist.

I bought 10x CDRW discs online a while back, but I noticed that Costco is selling a 10 pack of 10X CDRW discs right now, for like $20 or something.


If you want a good deal on CD-R's go to CC with Target add and make them price match the 50 pack of TDK's for $13.00 and use the $25 in MIR's to make $12.00.

I bought 2 packs. The $10 rebate allows 3 per household. So, $35 in rebates minus $26 spent equals a net gain of $9.00 for buying 100 CD-R's.
