In the older style celeron the 366a was the best value. The .25 micron core topped out at just a little over 600 mhz and won't go any farther.
The new coppermine celeron's will go much higher and it looks like your mobo will take one if you get a bios upgrade (assuming you already haven't) and NEO S370 adapter. Get a new 566 and see if it wont hit 850 with good cooling.
Do you use both sockets? I don't think it will overclock as well using dual processors.
(1) The 633 coppermine celeron easily oc to 950MHz and is the best value for now.
(2) The BP6 should run Celeron-2 just fine if you have the latest BIOS. You will not need any 370 socket adapter which is a total waste of money. The Celeron-2 runs fine at 1.8 volts vcore. (The cheaper 370 socket adapter will not adjust the vcore anyway.) Use a good hestsink/fan such as the thermaltake Golden Orb.
