Celeron's life period :)

ok,so i have a celeron 600.
If i want it to be 100% stable at 1008,i need to set the voltage at 1,9v
When it is at 1g and 1,9v,it never heats up over 40 celsius.Maybe 41 max..
My question is: would it last,lets say,one year at that voltage/temperature?

Sure why not. My ol' Celly 366@550 was @ 2.2 volts and got around 40-44C and is still chugging after almost two years.

well..you just increased the volts with 10%...
But from 1.5 to 1.9 are 27%....

Dong worri dode, any Celeries are better than all Durons n T-birds in every aspect. Man, I quit this non sense of my intentional mis spelling my grammer and words. I get to the point here. Celeries are better than all those in every aspect in terms of stability, reliability, gaming performance, all apps benchmarking, and heat issue. So you stupid people, why you buy Duros like madness?? Looks like ya are in some kind of AMD Cult.. it's almost to the point it's scary.

well..Tbirds are good cpu's...a pal of mine has a TB 850 and it was a bit faster that my celly at 945 and a bit slower that my celly at 990,in a fpu intensive 3D app....But the via chipsets..yuk...The best combo should be:intel chipset and TB cpu..
BUt the whole issue here was about voltage.
