Just a heads up for everyone. I just got this deal but they have "discontinued" 2 of the 3 drives (that are listed on the flyer) on their inventory list. Not sure. I have a confirmation # also but it will not access online via the "order status" area. Probably because they all went home! :Q:frown:
Then again, I didn't sign up @ OM until this evening. I plan on calling in the AM tomorrow just to make sure all the ducks are in a row. Gotta love this deal though!

Just called 5 minutes ago and the CSR flat out refused to give me the burner for the flyer price stating the price is for in store only. :|

Call again, they will give you the price, you just have to end up with the right CSR (and explain to them that their own policy shows that they will pricematch their own stores). However they will most likely not let you use the OD $20 coupon (as it is for in-store), but I can PM you a $15 online OD coupon if you want. Still a good price with just the $15 coupon.

OM CSR's won't take the OD coupon since it's B&M only. Besides, you don't want to use it anyway because that will net the order below $50 and you'll loose out on free freight.

Use the OD $20 off $75 coupon link and add the Khypermedia CD-R spindle. ($25 - $25 MIR's).

That will get you free freight and you'll get 100 free CD-R's.

OM asks that you give the coupon to the driver but they usually use UPS so it doesn't matter. If you're worried than print out the opening page from OD's site that says's $20 will be taken off your >$75 order.

Just got back from officemax, the one near me and in the local paper had this one:

CenDyne Lightning IV 48X/12X/48X EIDE drive, this is a rebadged Lite-On 48x drive, which is a pretty respected name in the industry. Going for $76 @ newegg.

my deal - $109.99 - $30 instant - $30 mail-in - $20 officedepot coupon = $29.99 + tax

also picked up a spindle of imation cdrs for $1.99 after $10 mail-in rebate, which are 48x speed cdrs.

The store near me in NJ had 10 burners and 10 or so of the cdrs.
Your mileage may vary, call ahead. If you use the od coupon, print out the entire page, the wont accept it cut out.

I got this in my local Officemax. No prob PM. However, gone there 3 times and the previous 2 times, the dudes there said the flyers is not clear enough for them to clarify it and they don;t have that flyer in store. I got mad and elarge it and went in with over 10 pcs of printout forming the whole freaking page and they take it and also applied the 20 off 50 coupon. Final cost will be the tax which is $2.xx bucks.....GREAT DEAL. Thanks
