Alrite, as for this Cendyne Rabte. I sent the $40 40x12x48 few days ago and I decide to get the 48x12x48. Will I be honored the other rebate for the other drive? Thanks

Ok I dont know what to do anymore.. im freaking out.. in the stupid review it says they use firmware Z**D but there is no D!

Will someone please just answer this question and provide a link?

I have the 40125S and I want the firmware with 48x and mt rainier... what is this file called, and where do I get it? I'm sorry if this is getting annoying, but please realize im just confused.. I just want to know the file name, and get a link to it.

Your rebate is valid and is in the final stages of processing and should be mailed to you within the next 30 days

I bought the correct (as advertised) 40x12x48 CenDyne Drive (do they even HAVE more than one 40x12x48?). I sent in the $40 40x12x48 rebate, properly filled out, with UPC and receipt. I just got a card yesterday saying "Unfortunately we could not honor your request due to the following reason(s): The UPC barcode submitted is not eligible for this promotion."

This is the kind of garbage I'm so sick off. I'm thinking of just not doing these deals anymore because there are too many unethical hands involved.

Am I the only one who had this problem???
Does anyone have a link to the original rebate? I need to recheck it but I'm sure I did everything right.

No, I bought the correct model. I'm assuming many of you will be getting this rejection over the next couple days... anyway, you ARE qualified for the rebate.

My postcard has an 877-580-3348 number on it, but it just leads to a maze of automated responses with no ability to talk to a live person. I figured out if you hit "0" you can get to an operator even though they don't tell you that. Took me 5 minutes, but they gave me the rebate without any problems. This just goes to show you how unethical they are. Reject half the rebates even if they are valid and then see who complains before sending them out.
