Centralized antivirus for a domain controller/NAS running Windows Server 2012 R2?

We are setting up a Hyper-V with one of the machines running Windows Server 2012 R2 and being a DC, DHCP, DNS, and NAS. Because of that last part, I obviously want to run a antivirus on it.

Also, since it is a DC with DHCP/DNS, I would like it to admin the antivirus protection on my clients thru its centralized core as well...

We are about 20 connected to the DC. What kind of solutions exists for a SBS like this?

You could try Vipre Business AntiVirus. They make a version specifically for Hyper-V servers.

You can also centrally manage all AV clients from the management console.

I've found that Vipre tends to have a bit less system resource overhead than Symantec.

Nice! I like their utilities in general, this looks very interesting. My firm went with BitDefender Cloud/Gravity Zone but it can be buggy and produce a few false positives while letting adware slip by. Unchecky stems the tide but no AV protects from ID-10T errors

I've had good luck with Avast. Lots of features, easy to configure, easy to make deployable packages with.

we are almost a year into kaspersky and will be renewing [20 servers, 200 clients]. all managed av systems have their quirks but i have been much happier than this as opposed before when i had to use mcafee or symantec.
