CFPB Knew Ahead of Time about BofA Debit Card Fee

Color me shocked. Obama's CFPB was told by BofA officials 2 weeks ahead of time they were planning to impose a debit card fee and no one complained or was opposed to it. Then BofA announces it and Obama promptly goes on national TV to politicize the issue and claim how unfair it was to consumers. Getting tired of this nonsense actually.

So you're okay with BofA having the courtesy to give the govt the heads up about a potential fee it will impose on users of debit cards as a direct result of govt regulatory policy that capped intercharge fees previously paid by vendors...only to have Obama cut the legs out from under the company after it goes public with the announcement? This after giving tacit approval of said fee?? Seriously??? Why would BofA or any other company trust the govt going forward if this is the sh*t they are going to pull ?
