After thorough evaluation, I've concluded that Cha Cha is useless. It's basically trained monkeys that google your question and return the first result they find.
You might not find that so handly when you have a computer in front of you and can google it yourself, but it can be quite handy when you are out somewhere and all you have is your cell phone.
Exactly - go to an event when you don't have a laptop, want to browse websites on your phone, etc. and just want a simple answer. You don't even have to type your question, call them if you want, and it'll be sent as an answer to you through a text message.
If you're driving, ask "Where is the cheapest gas in ______________?"
If you're in a meeting and want updates to the score for a game, just text them.
Overall, I love the convenience, and use it probably 2-3 times a month, and my only question is if they can monetize it and make the business profitable. Their patents describe some methods and so I think something is cooking...
