Chaintech 9CJS onboard audio

I'm working to upgrade my computer after living with the existing one for 2.5 years and I want to build a good system to last me at least that long again. I've heard some good things about the Chaintech 9CJS and from looking at it, it looks really cool. The only thing I was wondering was about the 7.1 audio. I am going to buy Logitech Z640 5.1 speakers and is the 7.1 good enough or should I get an Audigy2?

I was figuring the Audigy2 but since it is an extra 75 bucks, I thought I'd get some more opinions. I'm going to be watching movies and TV on it and playing games on the system.

It seems to be the VIA ENVY 24 sound controler, which is just great... It has great sound quality and is not very CPU dependent, I can tell you

I just purchased a 9CJS Zenith board. Just to let you know, this board, when the power is unplugged and then replugged in, and the power button is then pushed to turn the computer on, the computer starts up, shuts down, and then starts up and boots. It also, when the power is unplugged and then replugged in, every time you do this, you will receive a CMOS error, and thus have to go into the BIOS and restore the optimal defaults. It also, when power is taken away from the board totally, loses the correct time. I called Chaintech and the tech guy said this occurs with this board and they HOPE to fix this problem in their next BIOS upgrade.
