Ok, try something like this in your DNETC.INI.

[networking]
nofallback=false ; allow the client to fetch/flush directly at dnet when Mika is down
keyserver=teamanandtech.dhs.org:2064 ; this line if you want to use Mika's pproxy
nettimeout=6
firewall-type=http
firewall-host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80 ; type here the IP adress of your firewall/proxy

well, i fooled around with a lot of settings, our proxy here is pretty strict, i couldnt get it to work,

i just sent an email to fetch@distributed.net requesting 250 blocks, it came back in a minute, i will just use that for now.

Train,

Try the following:

Open up client configuration: dnetc.exe -config. Select number 2, "Buffer and Buffer Update Options", than number 6, "Keyserver<->Client Connectivity options". Change number 2, "Automatically Select a Dnet Keyserver", to "no". After you do this, the available options will change.

Select number 3, "Keyserver hostname" and enter a numerical IP address. Either use one of Dnet's, or if you need to use Port 80, one of the proxy's that are available. A couple of dnet ones that I use are: 209.98.32.14 or 216.1.205.81. For rhe proxy addresses, you'll have to ask the owners. If using Dnet, save the changes and exit. If using a proxy, go to number 4, "Keyserver port", and enter the port you want to use, in this case, 80.

NOTE: I think much of this does the same thing as what Polo has outlined, BUT, we're entering the IP address, rather than the server domain name.

Train,
If you want your blocks to flush to Mikas for stats, then you will have to use Clueless' proxy at CLUELESS.2Y.NET, as Mika doesn't have port 80 open. You may have to specify the IP address 24.94.19.253 instead of the DNS name, but try the name first, as Clueless' IP address changes occaisionally.

Follow Russ' instructions, just use clueless.2y.net (or the IP) instead of teamanandtech.dhs.org.
