Changing the Time on my Car's Clock

I posted a while in this thread that I bought a used '00 Cavalier. Well I went to fix the time on the dash, only to be unable to figure it out. It didn't come with an owner's manual, I can't find one online, and my friend couldn't figure it out either. Can some who know how tell me how to fix it ? Thanks.

i dont have experience with that audio system at all so im no real help.

With the radio/CD player off, try holding in the '1' or '2' buttons. With a lot of GM stuff, '1' is for hour and '2' for minutes.

"Setting the Clock - Press and hold the HR or MIN arrow for two seconds. Then press the HR (Down) arrow until the correct hour appears. Repeat with MIN (up) button."

Try holding any of the buttons in for 7 seconds. My guess is the CD, but that's WAG. Also try pushing in on the lower "tune" knob for 7 sceonds. When you hit the right one, the display will change, and you can use the other buttons (maybe the 1 2 as suggested, or maybe turning the vol/tuning knobs) to set

neither of those knobs are the push type.

BINGO! That's the correct answer!

<----- 00 Cavalier owner who replaced his factory radio 3 years ago after the paint on many of the buttons wore off for a SECOND time, not to mention cause the factory sound system sucked...
