Channel Well PSU - good or bad ?

I found this Channel Well CWT300LN PSU at a local retailer, does anyone know anything about the company and the quility of their products ?

Athlon 1GHz (100 MHz FSB) @ 1.26 GHz
Soyo K7VTA-B (KT 133)
40 GB Quantum 7200
ATI Radeon 64 DDR ViVo
Creative Mp3+ 5.1
Three 80mm case fans...

I haven't had any problems with it.

Some pretty good sources have indicated that Antec psu's are made by channelwell. Can't say for sure myself, since I've never opened them up side by side.... but I believe it anyway, particularly sinc Antec csr has never contradicted this ....
