I was just showing that the board isn't so bad. Considering the price. I was able to get 295FSB. For $60 shipped that is not shabby at all. It also comes with a ton of stuff. Copper heatsinks. Driverless IDE and it is a really nice looking board. For that price this is a steal. Shame they might not support this baord much.

I also needed to do the BIOS flash to get here. With a e4300 or a reg C2D this board may shine.

The purpose of tha post was more to how that the board worked and I did get my product.

Hi flmjiggy,

great to see it up and going for and thanks so much for trying us out at Citrus Micro.com!
- we are hoping to hear today or monday more from epox on the next shipment (more stock).

would you please do me a favor and drop me your order # to info@citrusmicro.com - I'll personally look into the shipping, the address is pulled from the order and not human in-put, so really help us out if something messed up that we can see it and correct.

Plus of course I'll credit your shipping if it was wrong back to you...

epox warranty is 2 years from epox of course - i'll post here if any status changes with them...

we have found in our system builds with epox boards, very hard to beat Mushkin and Corsair memory for over-clocking, the hardest ram in many epox boards to overclock with is geil - just from what we found and our clients feed-back.

I got my P965+GLI board in yesterday I paid $61.26 shipped for it. It came in well packed. I even had a call a few days before from CM to let me know that the box had been shipped. Definately a good company. But, I too, found the shipping to be high.

Now I just need to find a C2D for it.

I got my board on Friday, it was delivered by UPS so the box looked like hell (why does every UPS delivery look like it was thrown like a football?). The actual board was was well
packed and undamaged. I've never had an Epox board before, but since this was for secondary computer I decided to get one of $30 ones, the EP-5P945C.

I just installed it with zero problems, it seems pretty well featured and even came with a right angle SATA cable.

I really hope that Epox gets there act together and are able to stay in business, cause I would definitely buy another board from them. Citrus Micro had great service, they also called inform that my package had shipped. Thanks for the deal OP.

Hi Guys,

We have some updated news for you all - we at Citrus Micro.com have new Epox rep. finally and we are getting ready to order more stock of Epox boards this next week.

That's great news for those who want to see them stay around, as indeed they did just that.

We should have more news soon as to some of the new models coming as well - as soon as I have that, I'll post it here for you all.

If you all wouldn't mind, what Epox boards interest you all the most? We'll make certain to stock your most favs boards then...

Ive had two EPoX boards a NForce4 (current) and an older AMD board (that my father has been running flawlessly for 4 years now). I would buy another EPoX board again, but they are not without their quirks when you start tweaking. My next board will probably be an EPoX if they can get a good (and affordable) Intel/Nvidia board together.

Citrusmicro.com,

I'd would be great to see some more mATX AM2 boards available, if you can get them from Epox.

This is really great to hear, I have cancelled my build as I was wanting to build on the AD580XR board. We'll see if they still have those going? I was about to break down and order the ASUS M2R32 which does have very good overclocking capability as it seems. I've got the brisbane and a pair of firestix sitting here and all I need is a board, a hd2900xt, and a better power supply.(PC power and cooling 750).
Good to hear updates from you as I had been going through someone at citrus at one point that was giving me info as you were about the last to still have the AD580XR up on your site.

Have some updated pricing info - your getting this before it even reaches our website...

EP-AD580XR - $151
EP-AF570+Ultra - $89 (unsure as to the stocking yet of this item, still waiting on Epox with this item).
EP-5M800P-M - $58

If I see some other boards you guys are interested in, I'll post them as well -

Remember if something is not good/ok price, let us know, its the only way we'll get better pricing, the power you guys all have is great, when we come back with news that people (in this case, Epox customers) are asking for better price/cost with an item - normally the manufacters listen to us.

thanks everyone!

It's very nice to get support and input from your firm, but given the uncertainty regarding EPOX's future, I doubt many AT Hot Deals readers will be willing to pay more or less "retail" prices for any EPOX mobo.

EEEHHHHH for an EPoX board I'd definitely pay the price, but it looks as if pricing is a little below retail already!!!!!!!!

Hi Budarow - thanks for the input...

...many etailers when they assumed the worst was happening with Epox, they sold off their stock close to and even some for more than these prices with a few selling for less of course.

as fyi... Epox did lose some sales reps that may have gone elsewhere (or started company etc...) - yes and Epox has/had some legal problems in Asia (seems limited to the chiefs), however they are still up with some web updates and such still and (as past posts) are looking to release soon some new products - more so, still shipping product, way to soon to put them out of it yet...

For those looking for Epox, these should be some good prices (if not, please share what you feel pricing should be) - sure one may find old price with no stock when others blew off items.

Epox like AMD (and others) is a company we here at Citrus Micro.com would hate to see not make it - so many board companies already are knock off companies and the list is getting small...

Hi guys,

Would anyone be interested in some items we used to train our staff with? - they are new items of course however they have been opened for everyone to see them and in some cases (like cases) items installed and then removed - guess you could say tested during people learning about them.

Few items I know we have is:

$95 - Antec P182B Case
(sold?) - Antec Nine Hundred Gaming Case
$99 - Mushkin 650w power supply
$70 - Asus M2R32-MVP Motherboard
$50 - Antec Solo Case
$10 - Epox X300 PCIe video card

Really new items not sure we can let anyone have yet (I'll find that out):

(sold) Logitech P9 Gaming Mouse
(sold) Logitech Wave Keyboard
(sold) HD 2900XT 1GB Over clocked

Items bulk and that techs messed up with:

$15 - EVGA 680i Mainboard (flashed bios, lost power during, flash went bad) - of course this board then should only be picked up by techy people that are willing to recover the bad bios flash at your own risk (bulk item).

Items never got unboxed even and are new:

$46each - Microsoft Habu Mouse (couple of these)
$189each - KDS 22" Widescreen 2ms LCD Monitor (couple of these)

There is more items (this is a start), love to give you guys all the first chance at this stuff - not like normal open box by client that returned things - as listed about.

All items are "as is" with the manufacturer warranties only and no returns (of course with items like these)...

If interested please post - I'll try to get back here soon and we can make something happen...

Thanks,
