I bought this back in August 2008 for my gf so she could use skype with her BT headset (getting around running up 10,000 minutes a month). Worked well on her XP 32bit, works even more stable on her new Vista Ultimate 64bit rig I built her for xmas. I highly recommend it. Absolutely zero issues and very good reception.

Get a internal mini bluetooth for that you just have to open up ur laptop and share the wifi wire system with blue tooth "You can not use blue tooth and wifi together"

WTF? Where did you hear that?

OP: I have one of those and it works great. I use it for my MX1000 and sycing/file transfers with my Diamond. Highly recommended.

You can use those two together, but if you got a Mini with no WWAN slot, and want to use one, you need to use the Wifi slot to install it.

I've used one and it worked fine. It's a little big, so when I've needed an external USB one, I've usually spent more and gone for a really tiny one.
