I got the covers today. They were sooooo easy to install. They look great too. No more white cd drive. Definitely worth the price..

I gave in and ordered 2 CD covers, and 1 floppy for my Lian Li PC65, arrrg came out to be 26.xx after shipping, damn expensive

Not really, when you consider their closest competetor sells them for over $10 each (some for as high as $15 each)

If you have a Sony dvd+R/RW drive, do not buy one for it. The bezel on the drive is too large.

Can you remove the drive bezel? Usually it's quite easy to get it off, and then you've solved your problem..

the bezel isn't the problem actually. The front of the tray is too wide. The tray goes all the way to the edge unlike most drives.

I hate those stupid things. I bought a set from So-Trick Computers specifically for my cdrw, dvd, and floppy drives. Not a single one of them fit correctly.

Ok, I bit! I'm so tired of looking at the dull black of my Lite-On, and I've been looking at these things since they came out! It's about time they made something like this....

BTW..Last weekend I replaced my power switch with a red Bulgin "vandal-proof" switch, the stainless ones with the LED integrated into the switch...it looks fantastic in my black case!

Hehe I got mine too. They look great, however, I might have to do some moficiation to the floppy drive. Have you guys actually TRIED to read a floppy disk? It won't work unless you push the drive back quite a bit.

Anyway, It looks like my thread was a success

Mine works fine as well. It did take a fair amount of fiddling to get it just right. You have to move it just a hair until you get it in the right spot to still be able to push the eject button and still have it read the disk.

I answered my own question by ordering 2 CD covers, 1 floppy, and one dual-lcd temp-monitor thingy.

I'll be able to use the 3.5" items, but the CD covers JUST WON'T WORK with the Kingwin case
(Though the aluminum finish is a PERFECT match - :frown: )


Now... Anyone wanna buy one or two of these Lian-Li CD drive covers ?
