Cheap webhosting/domain registration

Hi, I'm looking for cheap webhosting and domain registration.
I need virtual domain hosting, at least 30MB disk space, about 10 POP3 email accounts with SMTP server service, shell/FTP/telnet access(SUN Solaris), and of course, affordability and reliability.
Its for a low bandwidth website, so nothing high bandwidth about it.

I did a couple of searches and came up these hits, and would like your opinion on them.

Check out ibd.net, they have some really good plans. They have a great basic plan for $11.85 per 3 months. Or under $4 a month.

bradm20, those are really good prices, but it didn't state if it had telnet access. Also, are you using that service? How's the reliability, speed and support?

Reliability: I've never seen it down
Service: Changes are usually made within the day. As early as within the hour.

tera-byte.com, the service i'm with, offers a lot of very cheap but very good packages. the configuration i have is 99MB for $99/year (comes to $8.25/mo) with PHP, perl, ASP, and frontpage extensions. they have plenty of plans for above and below 99MB of space, so visit the site to check them out. i know they register new domain names for $15 if you sign with them, a pretty sweet deal. they use cobalt RAQ servers (linux) that are pretty quick, and each account is administerable thru a browser (i.e. for adding user accounts and so on).

Thanks gazeglow...that sounds like a great package, but I'm kinda looking for servers that run on Sun Solaris. Gotta admit that package is kinda tempting though.

Ok, I guess it's time to make the deal hotter.

The service is provided by a forum member I met named Pavel Chernichenko(pavelc@nowonder.com). It's run off linux, not solaris.

Thanks Eccent, that's a pretty hot deal. Hmmn, I guess I could live with Linux and not just Solaris, since most web hosting services out there use Linux anyways. However, the service doesn't have unique IP address. Does that mean that the IP address of your website is dynamic?

Also, does it support password protected directories?

Also, mind if I have the website URL that you are hosting on Horizon Web Services? Just wanna check out the speed. The URL on your membership info seems to be hosted on your school's account...
