If nothing else, the website's owner (registered to an address on a highway? talk about fly by night!) will give this "highest unique bid" to a proxy -- meaning to himself.

You can do a whois at www.internic.net
if it is not registered with them... it will tell you who has registered it. You can go to their website and do a whois. I dont know if there is any perfectly centralized database....
